What are we looking for?

  • Good track record as a Finance Director or Financial Controller
  • Must be fully qualified
  • Around 10 years’ experience
  • Able to quickly add value
  • Width of experience
  • Commercially minded
  • Prepared to roll up the sleeves
  • Self-reliant
  • Understands SMEs and able to form a trusting relationship with an entrepreneur
  • Assertiveness
  • Must take the plunge and commit – not filling in whilst waiting for a f/t job
  • Decide whether you want interim or part time role
  • Flexibility
